Kerry DeAngelis Managing Director,
Project Management

Kerry DeAngelis is the Managing Director of e-brilliance’s Project Management Office service line.  Having worked with some of the largest companies in the world, including JPMorgan Chase, IBM, AT&T, and Independence Blue Cross, he brings 30 years of experience in IT, project management and PMO design and operation.  He specializes in the healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, aerospace, and security industries, managing programs and projects for public, private, and government entities.

Kerry has performed multiple consulting engagements where he developed and managed PMOs at Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as National Installation Operations and PMO Director at Mosler, Inc. and as a Program Manager and Project Engineer at Litton Guidance and Control Systems. Kerry began his career in the United States Navy as a Radar Technician.

Kerry studied Electrical Engineering at California State University and law at Ventura College of Law. He currently lives in Center City Philadelphia with his family.
