Anthony W. Schweiger Chairman and
Managing Principal

Tony Schweiger is co-founder and chairman of e-brilliance and is responsible for the finance and administrative functions of the company. Tony has more than 30 years experience in managing and counseling companies. In addition to being the CEO and COO/CFO of a large regional lending business, his business experience includes governance oversight, capital market management, risk management, technology, and strategic planning.

In addition to his role at e-brilliance, Tony is also the managing principal of The Tomorrow Group, a governance and management consultancy. In his capacity as a consultant, he advises various service and technology businesses on governance, operational and strategic issues. He has served as an independent director of several public and private companies as both audit and governance chairs. He is currently a director of Radian Group, and Marketcore, Inc.

Active in his community, Tony regularly donates his time to a wide range of charitable and community organizations. He is currently the Chairman of ACHIEVEability, a unique non-profit focused on helping single parent families become self-sufficient and break the cycle of poverty. He has been honored by a number of trade and community organizations for his commitment and leadership, including Presidential Who's Who in 2008-09. He currently resides in Villanova with his wife Kate.
