The GMS as it's referred to, is a complex multi-tiered .NET platform using web services as the communication protocol, with an Oracle back end. The system needs that kind of flexible and powerful platform to virtually represent more than 50 physical garages containing literally hundreds of thousands of vehicles across North America. The system gives the client the ability to view and manage all aspects of the garages in real-time from a simple online interface -everything from resource and maintenance scheduling to inventory management.

Needless to say a system of this magnitude takes an enormous amount of expertise and resources to maintain and update. The e-brilliance on-site team helps keep all that running smoothly by providing architecting and design for the system to facilitate upgrades, helping determine what the systems should look like and what technologies should be used to elicit certain functionalities. Most recently the team developed a complex bar coding system to track and document work orders more efficiently.
