Michael Axelrod
President

Michael Axelrod is co-founder and President of e-brilliance. Michael is responsible for long-term strategic planning for the rapid growth of the firm and primarily focuses on all aspects of new business development and client services. Prior to forming e-brilliance, he was the director of sales for another technology consultancy where he played a key role in recruiting, training, and managing the overall sales function. In addition to a strong sales and technology background, Michael is a licensed attorney who practiced law for several years with a large law firm in Philadelphia. Mr. Axelrod is also co-founder of QuiqMeds, LLC. QuiqMeds offers an innovative approach to bringing real-time pharmaceutical delivery to the physician’s office, combining a safe and secure automated fulfillment system to provide a prepackaged formulary that has been custom selected for each physician’s practice.

Anthony W. Schweiger
Chairman & Managing Principal

Tony Schweiger is co-founder and Chairman of e-brilliance and is responsible for finance and the administrative functions of the company. Tony has more than 30 years experience in managing and counseling companies. In addition to being the CEO and COO/CFO of a large regional lending business, his business experience includes governance oversight, capital market management, risk management, technology, and strategic planning. He is a director of several public companies where he also serves in governance and audit chair roles. In addition to his role at e-brilliance, Tony is also the managing principal of The Tomorrow Group, a governance and management consultancy. In his capacity as a consultant, Tony advises various service and technology businesses on governance, operational and strategic issues.

Paul O’Connor
SOA Practice Director and Chief SOA Architect

With more than 15 years of experience, Paul O’Connor is an experienced service-oriented architecture (SOA) practitioner. He is a leader in the SOA movement in the areas of SOA governance, SOA implementation methodology, enterprise portal architecture and service consumption, web services security, business process management (BPM), and leveraging SOA to ease regulatory compliance. Paul has contributed to successful SOA implementations at AXA Equitable, Pfizer, and Columbia House. As e-brilliance’s SOA practice leader, he is responsible for maintaining the e-brilliance SOA reference architecture, client interaction and mentoring in both a sales and delivery capacity, and establishing partnerships with leading SOA technology vendors. He is a well-published author in the SOA journal space.

Sean Iannuzzi
Chief Architect and Director of Software Development

Sean Iannuzzi is the leader of the e-brilliance technical delivery team. He provides the technological direction and project leadership for client projects. Sean has over 16 years experience in the IT industry and has played a pivotal role in the development of extensive solutions for a wide range businesses. He has held several senior executive positions such as, chief architect, director of software development and chief technology officer for leading financial firms on the East Coast such as AIG. Sean is highly skilled in Microsoft and J2EE technologies with number of MCP certifications and specializes in building service-oriented architectures and solutions centered around SOA. Sean has published a number of technology books. His most recent technology book is titled "Developing Web Services in Visual Studio.Net 2005 using C#". Sean's passion for technology and learning keeps him on the cutting edge of methods and products and enables the company to implement the most effective solutions to fulfill customer needs.

Marita Wenger
Director of Operations

Marita Wenger has over 20 years of experience in IT education both as an instructor and in an administrative role. At e-brilliance, she directs the administration, and human resources function both internally and for consultants in the field. Prior to joining e-brilliance, she was director of training for ExecuTrain of Philadelphia and manager of education administration for Idea Integration, formerly Actium, a regional provider of integration and education services. Before joining Actium, Marita held a variety of administrative roles for Sears with particular emphasis on data processing.
